So the Aaarg was because I was having a rotten day and I had typed a
big long whiney post about it, and then my computer ate it.  Well,
more accurately, I accidentally navigated away from the page I had been
typing on, and when I came back, my post was gone.  So there you
have it.

Yes.  We can be roommates, but I’m not getting rid of my current ones.
Yes.  You can bring cake.

All is well in Baton Rouge.  We’re moving in to a TWO bedroom apt
next weekend–and event which I anticipate with great eagerness.

My sweetness and light is asleep now, and my other sweetness and light
is bowling, so I have the house to myself.  That is nice.  I
turned on Pride and Prejudice because I am appalled at the things that
are on tellivision right now.  Why do we invite such images of all
that is crappy about the world right in to our livingrooms?

If it weren’t for the blasted exceeded bandwidth, I’d probably have to
post some more adorable Maya pictures.  Alas, it shall have to
wait.

Big loves to all of you in Xangaland.

Ok.  I am officially hacked off.  I ordered those boots
for Maya for Christmas on December 14th.  They are still not here,
and the seller has not responded to either of my (quite restrained)
emails.  Grrr!

In other news.  We are finally home.  A Merry Christmas
was had by all.  We had a lovely time with our families, and it
was nice to see the Land Family.  The wedding of my dear friend
Cherie went off beautifully (except for Tim’s ring fiasco).

We’re moving in to a 2 bedroom apartment over the last week
of Mardi Gras (Tim gets three days off of school).  Quite the
excited.

Here’s a picture of Christmas at the Wylie’s.  Note the festive tree.
