Ok. I am officially hacked off. I ordered those boots
for Maya for Christmas on December 14th. They are still not here,
and the seller has not responded to either of my (quite restrained)
emails. Grrr!
In other news. We are finally home. A Merry Christmas
was had by all. We had a lovely time with our families, and it
was nice to see the Land Family. The wedding of my dear friend
Cherie went off beautifully (except for Tim’s ring fiasco).
We’re moving in to a 2 bedroom apartment over the last week
of Mardi Gras (Tim gets three days off of school). Quite the
excited.
Here’s a picture of Christmas at the Wylie’s. Note the festive tree.

very nice tree. almost as good as the 4 ft one i made last year out of construction paper and taped to our wall and tried to hang decorations on. which kept making the tree fall down. glad you’re getting to move to a bigger place.

Charming tree…my kindergarteners made some this Christmas that bore a striking resemblence. I’m not even kidding. I hate that you guys were so close and we didn’t see each other, but yeah, that’s how it goes sometimes. Plus the ice and snow sort of didn’t help either. Did you guys experience any of that while you were here?
Your kid is sooooooOOOO cute. Get some boots on those feet! oh wait… Congrats on the new place! I’ll see you next time I’m in LA. (Louisiana, not Los Angeles. Clearly.)

Hey. It was nice to see you, too. 😉 Yay for Maya’s cuteness, and I love the tree.
