Um, does she have something against the brownies once they’re cooked?

Probably not. She’s never had one.

I would like to express my shock at the fact that you apparently let her have brownie mix. Although I’m not too shocked because I know how much of that stuff you go through. But still.

I loved brownie batter so much as a child (also, cookie dough, and pretty much any sweets uncooked), that whenever my mom was finished making the brownies I would rush over to lick the bowl. And in some unfortunate times that she would rinse the bowl out before I would get a chance to lick it, I would cry. I just loved my batter so much! Isn’t that pathetic? Whats funny is that a few weeks ago we had made some kind of dessert (brownies or something) at my mother-in-law’s, and she is a cleaning fanatic, she cleans everything immediately. Well, I put the batter into the pan, then put it in the oven, and was returning to lick the bowl when I saw that she had already filled the bowl with water to clean it out. There was a sinking feeling in my heart (and stomach). I thought back to the days when I would have cried, and was able to control myself, but it still just cracked me up how much I wanted to eat it and how sad I was to see all of that water ruining the beautiful brownie batter.

On an unrelated note… How do you wash your diapers, Rach?
