Hummus Is Yummus
1 can rinsed Chickpeas
2 generous T Tahini
3 T water
2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced, or to taste
1/2 t salt
the juice of one lemon
ground black pepper to taste
put all ingredients in a mini food processor, or blender. Blend until pretty smooth. Eat on fresh veggies, sammiches, or pita chips. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Oh man. Garbanzo-y goodness.
