Well.  At long last we are here.  We arrived Friday night
at around 9pm, and spend the evening watching tv and eating tuna on
crackers and Great Value “PartyMix” and watching TV at a just ok Red
Roof in.  So far in Baton Rouge we have: visited Tim’s new place
of employment, eaten at Schlotzkys, found the chamber of commerce and
the main branch of the public library, driven around LSU’s campus
and found the super Wal-Mart and Target, switched motels, found
the South Baton Rouge church of Christ, and signed a six month lease on
a cute little apartment. It’s been a fun (and very rainy) day.
Love love to all.

Well.  It is late, and I should be packing.  Due to recent
developments I shall be accompanying my husband (at least initally) to
Baton Rouge to apartment search and live off of ramen noodles for a
couple of weeks.  I then will return home, pack up de house, and
then move to Baton Rouge.  I am quite the excited.

Went to a LLL meeting tonight.  All kinds of fun.  Met
cool new people that I’d love to hang out with, were I staying
here.  :(

Experimented with sepia tone.   There’s more, but I’m tired and I have to pack.  Good evening.

Well, it’s time for another posty post.  Happy Father’s Day, to
all you fathers out there–particularly my own, and the one of my
baby.  I am feeling all full and happy due to the cornflake
cookies (a la Missy’s mom) I just ate.  Yummers.  AND, my
husband COOKED DINNER tonight.  Chicken and Broccoli
casserole.   It was (as you can see) yummy.
